Wont turn on.. battery light just keeps falshing

Try this to see if it helps >>>>>>>

Remove AC power and then remove the battery pack, hold down the on/off button for 30 seconds and then plug in the AC power only and try to boot the notebook. If the notebook boots up there could be a problem with the battery so let the operating system boot and then shut it back down again. Remove AC power and plug the battery back in. Restore AC power and try to boot the machine.

You have a dead battery if your battery light just keeps on flashing and your laptop only works when plugged in to the A/C. Try to take out the battery and plug your laptop in to A/C. See if it works. You might be one of the unlucky ones who got a lemon battery. Several users have enountered the same exact problem. This is an Aspire one issue. Try to contact acer and see if they will send you a new battery right away. I hope this helps.
