Put 25 songs on a brand new sansa e280 and after

put 25 songs on a brand new sansa e280 and after listening to a few songs, i tried to plug it into a speaker and then i scrolled through two songs trying to find the song I wanted and then it froze. The screen has the song name on it and it won't go away. I have tried pushing and holding buttons and even tried connecting it to the computer to give it a chance to refresh and nothing. Help!!! Just got this yesterday!!!
