PS3 Display settings issue

My playstation 3 was hooked up into a LCD computer flat screen monitor and I had to change the display settings and now I cannot get it to show a picture on the tv anymore. Before I chooked it on to the computer monitor it always worked great on the tv. How do I change the setting back?
