Problem for HP LaserJet 1320 Printer
I have an HP Laser Jet 1320. When it prints I
I have an HP Laser Jet 1320. When it prints I sometime get the text distorted (shorter than it should be) and sometimes I get a horizontal black smudge across the page. I tried cleaning the pick up roller and separation pads with alcohol and tried to clean the transfer roller. Nothing helps. I do have a cartridge from Cartridge World. Could that be the problem?
