Very Easy You need to know 2 things 1:) The name of the winfax file 2:) The folder you saved it in
Let's say the file is called KOOL.tif Let's say we saved KOOL.tif in a folder located at c:/winfax/outbox After I saved the file in a folder I know I can now close winfax and open my email client I use OUTLOOK
I get the email ready as usual then I go to options attach file. When i attach the file a browser opens I choose the folder c/winfax/outbox once that folder opens I choose KOOL.tif I hit send and it is off to the email address i sent it to
If you know how to send an email, the rest is easy..
Firstly, save your winfax document into your "my documents" folder and make sure you remember the file name. Setup your email as you want it then click on the "add attachment" button at the top of the screen (this depends on which email system you are using but most attachments can be added from the new email screen).
In hotmail and windows live, use the attach button and select file. In outlook and outlook express, use the attach button on the top toolbar. Click on file and a dialog box will open asking for the file you wish to attach. Use the box to navigate to your my documents folder and then select the winfax file you saved earlier. If the file is not showing, click on the file type box and select all files. once you have found your winfax file, select it and click on "ok" or "attach". Wait for the system to upload your file and then click on "send"..
You're done !!!

When I am in the send fax screen, I have three prblems:
1. My default cover page has text with inserts in it. When I view the cover page on this screen, the text seems to be in two layers. One layer has the variable inserts (@C, et al). The other layer has the text as it will display when I open the annotation screen. How is this corrected?
2. About every 4 times I send a fax, When I add attachments, I get a general default error and I have to close out of Winfax. I have to go to task manager and manually exit the three services that are running. Frequently, the WinFax controller is in on the task bar (lower right side) in duplicate. How is this corrected?
3. I want to insert a logo on my cover page. When I do this, I can only see the graphics object that is cross hatched, but the logo is not there. Is thier a problem with doing this? Is their a file size or file density limit for these types of graphics?
