Question about Hotpoint Ultima WF860 Front Load Washer
my machine is constantly asking for water and draining it at the same time so only a little water goes into the drum.
any suggestions on whats wrong and if it an be fixed would be greatly appreciated.
Check that your outlet pipe rises above the stated height on the back of the machine (about 3/4 of the way up). If it is too low, it will siphon the water out of the drum. If you're not sure what height it should be at, raise the top of the pipe (ie where it bends back into the outflow pipe) above the top of the machine (if you have room) or as high as you can. It must be above the height of the drum.

I have an idea that it might be the waste pipe they are at ground level and gravity is forcing the water to exit beacause of this check to see if it is..
Also the hotpoint guy check your water pressure comming into the machine .. your fault code suggests that the water pressure is low.. disconnect the hot and cold pipe and check them to see if there is enough water pressure.. hotpoints are very prone to water pressure problems...
hope this helps if you need any other advice dont hessitate to ask.. ill try my best....
