Has sound but no video there is all green

When the Xbox 360 overheats it causes the lead free solder to crack, the more that crack the worse the
machine will get. So eventually I suspect your machine will die completely and show either 3rrod or e74.

To remedy this you need to strip the console down and replace what's called the X-Clamps, at the same
time replace the heat-sink paste and then you need to re-heat the whole board. We use a special IR over
which re-bakes everything and re-seats the solder properly, a lot of people use a heat-gun but you have
to be very careful.

The green screen to me means the gpu has failed and a reflow will help it back on its feet. There are guides on the net how to do this, if you need one pm me and ill sort you one np

No it's not the HANA chip or bad a/v cables or your tv.

It's the G.P.U. video feed , one goofy ball pin connection
cracks open and no video . And everything else is fine
sound familiar . its fairly common in 06 units.

The fix is quite simple. have a shop re-flow the G.P.U.
then properly clamp making sure the clamping hardware
does no depress and or distort the P.C. board.
coat about 80.00 or an x clamp mod will buy you
1-6 months . If you decide to do it yourself.

the hanna chip has become become unseated from the motherboard this chip controls the graphics. it can be repaired but wont be cheap, get another one off ebay cheaper. hope this helps.
