I have an HPl7680 all in one copier/printer. My black printer head ran out of ink, I've replaced it and I keep getting the message that this same ink cartridge needs replacing. If I get passed that it will align for about 45 minutes with no results. I have cleaned all contacts with alcohol and still it will not take me to the print screen. Can you help me?
