olevia flat screen just went out one day......turns on and displays the ''olevia'' logo screen,,,, but no sound, picture, cant get to menu from remote or t.v. what could be the problem? Not even a year old.
It sounds like a logic issue. The only way to fix it is by replacing the main board. If it is less than a year old, then it should be covered by the standard manufacture's warranty. Olevia has since gone out of business but I would still try to contact a representative to get it repaired under warranty.

I have a T4061F. Iv'e been useing it as a monitor for over one year with no problems. Now when I switch to PC it search's for signal-then reads Not supported mode. I hooked the laptop to another monitor and it works. On the Setup menu the PC and Home Theater are not highlighted so I cant access the function. Thanks...Kirk.
