In order to change the language I'd have to know what operating system you're using???

Hi,
Use your "Help and Support" when you click the Start button and type in this text "change pc language to US English" ok it by pressing enter on your keyboard. Click on the 2nd option that offers you "Regional and Language Option". You can change the language from there.
