My dishwashwer - GE GSD 2030 won't drain.

My GE GSD 2030 won't drain. Previously, the dishes were not getting clean. I removed the drain screen and the plastic piece underneath, manually manipulated the motor to ensure it wasn't stuck, disassembled, cleaned and reassembled the float, and manually manipulated the solanoid to make sure it wasn't stuck. After all that was done, I ran a load, and it wouldn't drain at all - a new symptom. HELP!!
