Color not printing correctly on canon i900d

color not printing correctly. I have run all the maintenance possible on my canon i900D. It will not let me run the auto head align so I tried running the manual one. The color is still off and prints with lines running thru it. I put in brand new toner so I know that is not the problem. please help...thanks
