I have a Bulova wall clock. The hands setting disk only moves the minute hand. The hour hand must be moved manually. I have it set to chime every 15 minutes. However, the hour chimes on the half-hour and, for example, at 3:30 it chimes 6 times, 4:30-7 times, etc. Any way to set this correctly without installing a new time piece? It does keep good time otherwise.
