The only way to fix a problem with missing/bright pixels is to have the screen replaced. The cost of getting a replacement screen is normally just as expensive (or even more expensive) than it is to buy a new TV. I assume you have had the TV for a few years & it is now out of warranty, as manufacturers have a pixel policy, where depending how many pixels are faulty & thier location on the screen, then if it is still under a warranty it may be covered for this defect. If not the best option would be to buy a new TV.
