Re: 512mb card problem

Brother Format your mmc. It seems that your MMC area needs it. Then after will get full space. Nonformated area doesn't response in any system.

Sim card hanging problem

It may be the problem of ur memory card.
just remove the memory card n do ur usual work on mobile for atleast 1 hour.

  • If still the problems are comin u'll have to format ur card n fone..for this just type *#7370# n restore it..the default security code will be:12345
  • If no problems are comin the problem is wit mem card only. For this just remove the card n then format it using Your computer/take properties n then tools there click on check for errors. There you select both check boxex..n then scan it..
  • If this also is not workin you should try ur fone using any other mem card.If no problms are found whn usin another mem card u 'll have to replace ur memory card.
  • NIf none of this is workin u'll have to consult this with some good mobile technition.

Low Memory for N72

hi, do you have an extra mem card in the phone if you have then move some data to this as the phone dont use the memory on card unless you put stuff their yourself, so the phone will say mem full even if memory card is empty so try this first.
1. delete any messages in inbox/outbox/sent messages as these will take up mem
2. delete any old phone numbers/pictures/screen savers that you dont use.
3. the best way to free up loads of memory is by deleting all of the free ringtones you got with the phone most of the free ones you will never use so i deleted all of these and just kept the ringtones i used most people never use the free ones you get when buying the phone so doing this will free up loads of room. Also delete any ringtones you have put on their that you never use as the music ringtones can use loads of mem alot more than the standard tones.
4. every time you send a message your phone stores them in sent messages so delete all of these.
Once you have done all of this you will find you have loads of free memory.
The best thing to do if you have a memory card in your phone is move all the music/music ringtones that you want to keep onto the card doing this means you can still use the ringtones and free up loads of the phones memory.
The phone dont take the mem card into acount when its telling you mem full ok so put as much on mem card as you can ok.
Let me know how you get on and also if you need further assistance ok

Data cable

Do you have the i-tunes version or the mp3? At any rate, the songs must be saved onto the expadable memory card as the phone itself has a very limited internal memory (like 5megs) which will be blown away with just a couple songs. i suggest not going above 512MB for the mem card. any higher that that and it becomes unreliable (as-in reformatting itself and deleting all your stuff). has a program called Motorola Phone Tools that works very well with the slvr too.

Samsung t629 memord card problem. PLEASE HELP!

ok, I have managed to use my sandisk 512mb card to put on music...even though I didnt know you had to format the disk in phone first (I dont recommend because all my music is individual clips and not in my music file), however once you see that the music is on the card via "my files" I went to the music player and hit options...then hit "add music from" then hit "memory card" you must put a check mark by all the music files you want to add to the music player (or choose "all" and hit ok) This will put your chosen songs off your card into the music player and you can see the song title at the top of your player screen and use the arrows to move through your songs/clips. Choose the song and hit play.
