How do I set up outdoor speakers? I currently have them set on Surround B, but do not seem to be able to play them

- Also, my current set up is for "Amp Assign" with the "7.1 Surround" ("Set-up #2) configuration. Yet, I am unable to get any audio playback from my subwoofer.
