look for a black
plastic cover with a silver snap on top; pry off the silver snap and
lift off the plastic cover; next remove the two torx screws on the top plate
then pull out the piston inside - if unable to lift out, start unit and
watch it pop out - coat piston with lithium grease and reinstall
hope this helps if it does please vote

Thank you so much. Started the unit and it sure did pop out. Greased all parts and now I have a working power washer and I did it myself.

engine will not turn-over. It is a Honda 11 HP, OHV on a Karcher Pressure Washer. It was running fine for about 45 minutes. All of a sudden it stopped. When I tried to start it again, the engine is bound up so that the pull rope will not pull out at all. It has plenty of gas. The crank case is full of oil, not over full.
