How do I fix a remote car starter on a Pontiac grand prix 2008. Information screen says starter disengaged

Sounds like a battery issue. First have battery checked on car. If that checks ok then check battery in your fob. If that checks ok then check for good continuity of your battery cables.

My key fob will only unlock, pop my trunk and set off my alarm in my 2006 grand prix, it wont lock my doors anymore. ???

You need to replace the FOB. I had the same problem. The contact points under the touchpad go bad. Find a local locksmith to proagam the FOB you will save about $40.00 compared to the dealer.
