the lamp is coming to its end.. replace lamp

Hi,
Replace its lamp as existing lamp has been reached at end of its working hours life and need to replace to solve this issue. Please note lamp is not not broken or dead yet so you do not see lamp light on tv front.
Lamp replacement procedure is easy and written in user manual.
Please buy Sony original lamp for god picture in tv.

check the owner's manual, you'll see what the indicator light code means. More than likely it's your tv lamp.

Blue blotches spreading over the screen are failure of the optical block

contact Sony to see if you are eligable for a free repair.

Don't bedeterred by the dating of this announcement, it is a manufacturing fault and they have been pr5etty good to a lot of people with the same problem.

Time to replace Lamp in TV.
Existing lamp getting weak and causing that problem, replace lamp and TV will be fixed.
Buy Sony original lamp for TV safety and lamp replacement procedure is written in user manual.

There is most likely a problem with the lamp or lamp driver. You would think the television would have a way or telling you though.
