This long plastic strip about a foot long and quarter inch wide has come off of something in my printer. It has a **** on each end but one is ripped. Now my ink cartridges move back and forth really hard but the printer is not rinting. Now where did it come from and how can I repair this? Do I have to buy a new part or can I use this one. Thank you
Debbie
