if freezer is on top,you have a blocked drain,you have to take off freezer wall,melt out the ice and unclog the drain,i use a steamer to clean out the drain,you need something to blow out the drain line after you melt it out maybe with apiece of hose that you can put over the hole and blow through it or use a compressor,you can check it by pouring hot water down the drain and if it goes down you have it unplugged,there is a heater probe you can install so this doesn't happen again good luck
