Hi my printer has te E2/E7 error code on it and i tried resetting it !!!
well unless i am doing it wrong!! it isnt working!!! this is how i am doing it with the printer off press the resume button, while continuing to press is press the power button . leave the resume button and keep the power button pressed while keeping the power button depressed, press resume twice. let go of all the buttons. then press resume 4 times(each time waiting for the carriage to return to original place). and finally turn off the printer!!! is it right cause it isnt working?????

This is the procedure but not each time waiting for the carriage to return to original place.Just press resume button 4 times consistently.Then press the Power button and the printer should turn off, if not, press the Power button once more.Your printer should respond as normal.
