I just bought a Kensington Liquid Aux Delux

I just bought a Kensington Liquid Aux Delux Auxillary car kit with remote. It doesnt have a owners manual. I do not know how to use the 4 buttons on the remote. And the unit will not keep my IPod stationary in the car. The IPod is too heavy for the holder and the holder rotates to its lowest point and the IPod is always held at this point upside down. There must be a way to lock the arm to keep it from rotating and falling down.
