i have no disc to load onto my laptop so i can transfer pictures from laptop to phone can you help me to set this up.thank you

Yes you can, if you have a memory card inserted into your Viewty you can use the 'Mass Storage' mode on the device which requires no software and will allow you to drag and drop files to and from your Viewty.
Watch the video enclosed about how to do this.
If you don't have a memory card inserted into the device then you can simply download the pc sync software directly from LG's webiste - http://www.lge.com/uk/support/index.jsp
