Tried using RAXIO CREATOR v9 to burn CD and get windows installer box with c:/hp/tmp/src/RCP_CORE_HPCPC_34/ - tried to uninstall program to correct and when attempting to uninstall get the same error message - Tried to uninstall in SAFE MODE and get message: windows installer service could not be accessed - This occurs when windows installer is not correctly installed - Contact support personal. CAN YOU HELP? I simply want to burn sime CD>
