Sub-Zero PRO48 fridge - Error Code 40 and EC91

I have a Sub-Zero PRO48 fridge and the service display shows EC 40 and EC91 !
The fridge is not able to keep the set temperature in the two fridge compartments. The temperatures are now 68 and 66 degrees F ! The freezer compartment is ok !
Looking forward to hearing your advice !
