The account you're using might not be an administrator account. Try creating an account with administrator rights on your computer, then use it to download or install programs.

- When you first turn on your computer, you will choose what account to go into. If this computer is being used by 1 or more person in your house, then it should have more than 1 account depending on who is using it. Those account can be configured as to who will use it. The account that has administrator rights can install software while the limited account does not. It should be configured as such if you are the owner of the computer.

Hello!

In most case you have problem with viruses on you sistem.
You can try system restore, and anything else but the best solution is new system, with full format all hard drive.
In you case, you can also have a problem with standard file ( comp. ask you with program you need for open that files like doc., pdf, etc.)

You may be not signed in as admin on your computer, thus the computer would not let you make any vital changes that could change performance, make sure you are signed in as admin, then try.
