I am installing a Jenn Air JED8430 electric

I am installing a Jenn Air JED8430 electric cooktop with downdraft. There is a black, a white, a green and a red wire coming out of the cooktop. There is a black, a white and a copper wire coming out of the wall. What do I connect the red wire to?

IF THERE IS NO COLOR FLEX ON THE COPPER WIRE THEN CONNECT THE BLACK WIRE TO THE RED .
