My friend gave me this MP3 Player as a gift, and it's worked fine up until now. I had just added pictures (it has a place for photos and video) on a Windows 7 machine. I rotated the pictures sideways before adding, and it gave me a message saying that it wouldn't recognize the JPEG format, which it does, so I ignored it. I then unplugged it, and noticed it wasn't updating, so I tried playing music. That's when it froze. It was stuck and I was frantically pushing random button combinations in hopes that it would shutoff or reset. Something must have worked when I pushed all the buttons at once. The screen's now blank and the player doesn't respond. I've tried plugging it in again, and computers recognize there is an unknown device, but still doesn't allow entry to its filesystem. I'm assuming its off at this point. Maybe its not, and stuck on boot somehow. I don't know. All I do know is that RadioShack doesn't acknowledge its existence, I don't have a manual, and that no drivers were needed. Please help!
