The safe and easy way to deal with this is with the set unplugged remove the back cover of the set.
inside you will either have a clear view of the screen and 3 round lens or you will see a piece you have to remove to get to them---you only need enough room to get in with a swiffer type duster or what I have done is tape a pair of paper towels to something not sharp but long enough to get in and wipe all the webs away--use dry towels--don't put any glass cleaner etc on them---use a light touch and you should be able to get all the spider webs out.
The other way to do this involves removing the entire front screen assembly--only a Tech should do this as there is a risk if you do it the wrong way you could damage the screen.

On our Hitachi 57F500, For about the past year, the screen would darken as if the light sensor would sense a change in lighting. Sometimes it would fix itself, sometimes I would have to use magic focus, sometimes we would simply turn it off and back on to fix it. This morning, there is no light at all. Only sound. Advice?
