On the top page in the bar "any country" select your country.
On the left side enter the exact or general model number and go for a > Search.
When the exact model number is entered, your model shows up. When a general model number is entered a list appears: select the exact model number from the list.

On the matching internet page for your device, there are several downloads available under the blue bar "Product support" on the left.
The most important downloads are on the middle and right side of the
support page.

Open the User manual and look for the requirements of:
The media files, using the correct file format;
The computer and operating system;
The software on the computer used for transfers and conversions.

You can use the "Troubleshoot your player" link on the left side
under "Product support" for step by step connecting the device.
