Whilpool washing machine model "Duet ht" fornot load

    My machine does not work, "control Locked" is lighted, but nothing else. I can open the door, the clothes are soaked. I have unplugged the washer,let it sit, but it still will not work. Is there a way to "reset" the program? I have tried everything I know to!

Press and hold the End Of Cycle Signal button
for 3 seconds to turn this feature off.


When the dryer is running and Control
Locked light is on, the dryer can be stopped by
pressing the Pause/Cancel button, but cannot
be restarted until the control is unlocked.

Why Is WHIRLPOOL Duet & Duet HT washing machine showing F/dU error code on...
The F/dU is shown on the display due to Door Unlock Error in the washing machine.
In this problem check the Door Lock in the washing machine. Either the door is getting blocked or not getting locked or the door latch assembly is got cracked.it needs to be checked and replaced.

I have a Whirlpool Duet Sport (model #WFW8400TW03) that shuts down when I press start. There are no error codes and the last cycle ran with no issues. The door is shut and seems secure. I can find nothing...
I had the same problem. My control lock was on without the status light on. To unlock the controls I Selected and held END OF CYCLE SIGNAL button for at least 3 seconds. The lock/unlock control status light never indicated the locked position, yet my washer now works. NOTE: Select and hold END OF CYCLE SIGNAL button for 3 seconds to toggle between lock and unlock.

Control locked is on, how do i unlock it ?
I think you're on line. Okay, power shd be on, see that button 'end of cycle' on the right side of your panel? Hold it down for 3 seconds. You'll be ok. Dont forget to rate, its a way of saying thk u!
