Click "NO".
Close Internet Explorer.
Open Internet Explor, and the message should be gone.
If not:
Disconnect from the Internet (both "wired" and "wireless" connections).
Click "YES".
Close Internet Explorer.
Reconnect to the Internet.
Open Internet Explor, and the message should be gone.
Close Internet Explorer.
