My Rx560 jams when i send a document from the lapop via usb. It prints fine if i photocopy something so its cant be a paper jams. I ge no error code it jus says turn the printer off.

only 1 question is needed all the rest are spam,delete them or all will be deleted,,,use canned air to clean out printer

Uninstall print driver from Control Panel for this printer.
Then download from here

then re-install

When there is a paper jamb make sure the whole piece of paper is removed because any tiny pieces of paper that are left behind will cause further paper jambs.
If the paper does not feed through the printer correctly then the rubber rollers are dirty/sticky. Clean the rollers with methylated spirits to stop the paper from sticking to the rollers.

You can work this around by using a little manual labor. Whenever the paper jams and doesnt continue from previous page, you can unplug the printer from the electricity. (not just the on/off button). This way it loses the document that was printing from the memory. Then you can send the doc for printing again by designating which pages to print.
ex. if your document was stopped at the 12 pg and it has 20 pages.. go to print> and then choose which pages to print i.e. 13-20.

41.3 - points to a miss match in the paper tray.
First -
Pull out your paper trays, take the paper out and confirm the guide in the back is set to the correct position. (The little mechanism on the tray which allows you to use different paper types, example letter to A4).

Second -
The other which may have happened it the paper handling was mis-configured on the machine:
- Press the Menu Button on the machine.
- Using the + and - button go to the Printing Menu.
- Select Paper confirm that the paper size is correct for the trays within the machine.
Third -
- Depending on the document you are attempting to print make sure the document type is either adjusted to the type of paper your using or to load the correct paper into the machine. I seen where people send you a legal document and your attempting to print it on letter.
Fourth -
It could be a driver related issue, 98% of the time this is not the case. If all fails above, then attempt this.

Lastly it could be a driver related issue, however if more than 1 person uses it don't count on it.

If you are getting correct test page without errors, simply unplug your printer's USB Connection from PC. uninstall Printer drivers and software. restart PC.. Re-Install New Copy of Drivers and Software.. THEN PLUG THE PRINTER USB CABLE TO PC.. try printing after proper driver is installed..

check the gears in the adf maybe you have one that is misaligned ,run a piece of paper following the paper path check the flag sensor make sure none of them is jammed close or misaligned.
