Heater won't stay on

Is the heater inside the building and is it venting ok? If the exhaust(I'm assuming this is a natural draft system with a draft hood) is spilling out into the room then the building is in a negative pressure and the unit will cycle on the hi-limit. If this is the case then you need to address the negative pressure issue to resolve the problem.
