Frigidaire Electric range/oven that seems to be baking about 75 degrees below what the oven says it is at. Why and how to fix?

The oven temperature sensor is located in the top right or left rear of the oven on the back wall. It is about 3 inches long,silver in color. Turn off the power to the oven remove the racks. Remove the temperature sensor screws. Pull the sensor out carefully. Unplug the sensor plastic connector. Install the new sensor and secure the screws.
