ATI Graphics Card not working with my TV

I just purchased the HP Pavilion Media Center (running Vista Home Premium) and the store gave me the ATI Radeon 2400 TV output card with s-video and VGA. The card works with VGA but not with the S-video. I downloaded the latest driver update and still no go.

Help!!

maby vista dont like that card is it vista fully ready also cheak screen disple settings see what output is on it uslayy a setting mosttime s video out is a hd out with speacial cable read specks close on ati of what that outut is ok
