Where before the disk made a little whirring sound, now it makes a lot of noise and if the pc is moved like turning it on its side the noise is more pronounced, and the pc will not open/start up>

the unit may be dropped and something got broken can you open the unit and see if the hard disk got effected? you may need to replace it
