Abhi, u don't have mention that wether can intalled directly on your system port or not? OK. First check your USB driver. If it OK then check to connect your pen drive directly on system port. If it is working well then there must be problem in your hub port or your hub might be of low speed. I think u can understand this. U only can change your hub in this case.
