I took a photograph of a welder in action! The far-too bright flash has damaged the camera's exposure I think so that every picture went pink. This got increasingly bad until it became unuseable. Is there any help for this?

- Reset doesn't work. Everything still pink. Tried a new memory card as well just to be sure.

Try a camera reset...go into the menu and scroll to reset and follow the on-screen instructions.

- Is your camera capable of setting a manual white balance using a white sheet of paper? Check your manual for instructions and try it.
