hi virgin media iv been on the phone to virgin media all week last week as my inter net wasent working and the woman was trying to get through to my router and she cauldent get through to it so she said that it was either my computor or my router so iv orderd a new router from virgin media im waiting on it getting deliverd and iv also got a new laptop so im useing a t.mobile dongal just now as i still cant get on the internet with out it as its asking me for a password for the broaudband and i havent got the password can u help me please
