Unless you're suffering from some sort of virus (anti-virus software up to date? ;), sounds like you might need a new keyboard (plenty of spares on ebay ;). In theory you might be able to try and clean the contacts on existing keyboard, but this is fiddly and only works for a while, so I would suggest replacing the keyboard.
