After shut down some kind of (zupp) sound comes

after shut down some kind of (zupp) sound comes from the moniter, it comes after i switch off the UPS, it may be some charge present after shut down, which Leads the LCD to on after while, will this sound going to make any problem

Capacitors hold a charge for a short time.
This may be the sound you are hearing.
Even with out the UPS the Monitor will probably make the same sound when turned off. Unless it is getting louder, it is nothing to worry about.

Just be sure you turn the monitor off BEFORE the UPS. :)

Monitor will not go out of sleep mode on original CPU. Hooked up to different CPU it is fine.
