Check your drivers on the Lexmark website. make sure that you have drivers for the correct operating system, 32bit vs. 64 bit, and that when-ever available you use a postscript driver, not a PCL driver. When you install the driver, remove the printer from the system and unplug it physically. Move the USB to another USB port then the one you currently use. Then reinstall using the new updated driver.

My Lexmark X5150 reports the color cartridge is full, i've run the "clean nozzle" and followed the directions to manually wipe the cartridge. A small amount of ink came out when I cleaned it (assuming that is normal) but I still can't print anything with color. Even the test page with the bird is not printing correctly. any suggestions?

After inserting the original X5150 install disc I am asked to pick a language and that English is unavailable. I have a new Dell Inspiron desktop w/Windows 7 and it's 64bit. How to I install the X5150 exe. file and where can I get it? I also have downloaded the updated drivers for the X5150.
