You will need to replace the motor . I would suggest getting a used motor from a used appliance store , unless the motor is priced above 50.00 . If above that , get a new for about 100.00 .

dryer drum may be out of line ...rotate by hand...should turn easily....check your homes electrical panel and make sure both sides of the dryers 220 breaker is in the on possition...thanks and have a great day
