The ink does not come out when I print a document. I have changed the cartridges twice and its still only printing faintly and not the black at all.

The print head is clogged.Try unclogging with cleaning process in
maintenance mode.Then wait 4 - 5 hours and run nozzle check again.If not help run cleaning and wait 1 day, then try again.If not help again better think about new printer because the cost of new print head is profitable.
