I have an Electrolux side by side refrigerator purchased in 2008. We want to clean it, but cannot find a way to remove crisper drawers to clean them. I have searched the instruction guide that came with frig and have gone online to Electrolux site, but cannot find any info for removing drawers. Can you help?

On our side by side we had to lift the shelf up or out to be able to remove the drawers. They are very fiddly and some patience is required.
