My computer is horrible it is so slow even while

Possible reasons are :
Case 1:
You have just less memory RAM(ex:256 Mb ram) and u have many applications opened during startup and many services than the threshold.
Use msconfig(XP) or Gpedit.msc(Win Vista or 7) and remove unwanted services and startups.

Case 2: You would have recently visited any wares sites or any misleading sited which would have uploaded a spy virus.

Case 3: Trojan and worm32 presence in your system.

Case 4: Missing system files too.

Solution:

Either try to increase RAM size in a situation like "case 1".

Or do a clean check of your system for virus using antivirus AND a ant - spyware virus.(Note antivirus and Anti spywares are different. So use both).

Or re-install the windows.(I recommend this).

ok, download this programs if you can, ccleaner, spyboot search and destroy, atf cleaner..
put you computer in safe mod ( when booting hit f8, or f2, --it is based on you bios in most cases it is f8) you will come to list view of how to start your pc chooes safe mod on the top..
coputer in this mode should run faster.. check the speed, run ccleaner, spyboots annd atf cleaner.. after that run defragment tools, also check you computer for viruses...
restart computer and it will start normly .. see if there are chenges in speed...post me back after that ..

3 things are known to case this issue.

1. There is a lack of available system memory - The more available RAM the better especially when editing video
2. There is a lack of available disk space or swap disk space - swap space is used as soon as the memory is unavailable and really sows everything down to a snails pace and sometimes this can mean only processing a few bytes every minute - not very good when editing huge AV files. As a guide you need approx 10-20% free space on the Hard drive to make sure the PC operates efficiently.
3. There is a driver problem. This can be a video driver issue and often needs an update in the video card being used. Graphics and Video editing demands a lot of processing.

If this persists then it would be a very good idea to uninstall the application and drivers and then to run a Registry clean using the Ashampoo tool (available free of charge for 30 days from www.ashampoo.de) to make sure that all instances of the driver and application have been removed so as not to cause any contention between drivers and applications. Then reboot the PC and reinstall the application from scratch.

You should also check for any updates to the application that you are using especially if you have applied XP updates or service packs recently as sometimes the service packs can seriously upset applications.
