I just purchased an overhead dvd player and wireless headphones both by xo vision...but I cant get the headphones to pick anything up. There are no instructions or 800 number or anything. the only buttons or dials on the headphones is the on/off and volume....so how do I tune it to the correct frequency?
You do not need to tune anything. Both transmitter (in your DVD player) and headphone operate at the same frequency.
The only thing I could think of is to check your DVD player's menu to make sure the transmitter is activated. And make sure you maintain line of sight between headphone and transmitter.
But rather then me guessing since you did not provide the model numbers of your products, why don't you contact XO Vision's customer service as listed on their website: http://www.xovision.com/contactus.php

Purchase FMH6180. Charged headset, but on plugging it in to our audio socket on the LG tele No. 37LG 6000-ZA no secondry light, which it says in the book is a green light, but apparently when it was checked in the shop was a red one. There is no input from our tv to the headset and the secondry light does not appear.Hoping you can help. Susan Goddard
