After 10 weeks I still have restricted access to my ebay account.

My account was hacked ten weeks ago. Ebay fixed the problem and placed a restriction on my account (understandable) ten weeks, 15 emails and 6 hours of live chat later I am still unable to edit or add to my listings.

Ebay is thus effectively closing my shop down as I cannot access my listed items that expire to renew them (ref ebays new policy oct 31st 2009) as a new ebay shop I was doing ok with great hopes for the future but every time I contact them its like they dont listen.

They appear to pick out key words and send a bog standard reply !!! I expressed this more recently and live chat said "some one would call"
but ten days later and no call.

I have contacted paypal as they suggested and paypal report no problems or cases outstanding with them.

I have amended all my security info and passwords as ebay suggested, and nothing changed in terms of my restricted access.

I feel so powerless and frustrated as I have put so much time and energy into setting the shop up and trying to resolve this problem. If anyone can help it would be much appreciated
